Motivations

Well, I have reworked the motivations sheet to use d10 (actually, any
die type from 2 to 10) and added "Honor" to the list.  I'll probably get
those changes together tonight and get the new page to Wout tommorrow.

With luck I'll also have the "generic grid" sheet done.
