MEL increase...

Happy holidays everyone...

An excuse for a list item :)

When  MEL goes up what is affected ? Mana Regen...casting ability
what else?  Its been awhile since I've had this occur :)  And good for
discussion :) and I'm tired now :)

I don't have time to look now but anyone know the page of that chart that
shows what each MEL level is?  I know its like apprentice,
mage...experienced..etc?
I know its book 2 but its real late and off to bed now..
