List Archives

   The List archives are not working.  I tried to go  and archive (for my
bbs) archives from
sep and oct but I get a error

Error – cannot access archive files

The archive files could not be accessed, probably because they are being
updated. Please try again
in about 30 seconds, and report the problem if it persists for more than a
few minutes. The file that
could not be opened is
'D:\PUB\ARCHIVES\POWERS-AND-PERILS\powers-and-perils.log0010' and the error
code
was 2. 

Is this due to the crash recently just the archives were lost?
