D20 Conversion

Hey guys,

      Don't panic! :)

      I'm not suggesting P&P-to-d20. <Shiver>

      What I would like to know is, has anyone created a d20-to-P&P
      conversion chart? Might be nice to be able to easily make use of
      all that toilet paper out there passing itself off as RPG
      material, if we could convert it to P&P on the fly. If anyone
      has such a conversion set, please send me a copy.
