Just out of curiosity I calculated the most expensive possible increase
in a Multiplier. This would be improving a Faerry's Ap Multiplier from 2.5
to 8 using the Further Option re Ap & C.

2.5 to 3.0  150  3,750 MEP or 7,500 CEP x 1    =    7500 CEP
3.0 to 3.5  250  6,250 MEP or 12,500 CEP x 2   =   25000
3.5 to 4.0  400  10,000 MEP or 20,000 CEP x 3  =   60000
4.0 to 5.0  650  16,250 MEP or 32,500 CEP x 4  =  130000
5.0 to 6.0  1050  26,250 MEP or 52,500 CEP x 5 =  262500
6.0 to 8.0  1700  42,500 MEP or 85,000 CEP x 6 =  510000
                                          TOTAL = 995000 CEP

  Presuming only CEP and only AP Multiplier being increased (though from
minimum to maximum) the Character would have CEL 63 or so before maxing the
Ap Multiplier.

  More typically most Multipliers would take 1 to 4 levels* of experience
to improve to a better bonus or to max out. Native Abilities would remain
unchanged.

*Presuming a Character experienced anough to have already improved Current
Abilities to their Maximum.
