I agree with Wout. The contact is lost right after the hit. Those in contact when the spell is CAST become invisible, otherwise they just can see you. I suppose one could argue that if you grapple with someone that you maintain contact and they become invisible - but I wouldn't rule that way unless they were in contact when the spell was cast. - Alex
