Mainly keep note of which culture likes magic.  Can do it generically like
Like Magic, Dislike Magic, Hate Magic, Neutral, 
or more specific like certain magics (chaos, sidh, etc.)

Same for non-human relations.  Netural, Like Any, Hate Faerry, Hate Dwarf
stuff like that.    You can use your own judgement I figure then we can
piece it together unless someone has a better roster format.
