[PnP] Culture Stuff

Well been about 3 weeks since Wout put the Culture stuff up I did.  No
comments?  Anyone look at the hard work I did and Wout did in formating it?
:)  At least review the timeline page I think you'll find it a good help.

I say this cause in a few days likely will be starting to post some Ship
stuff.  Two big articles.  I'm proof reading one now.
