[PnP] Confused about Mana Powers

I'm a little confused about Mana Powers.  Under the spells, Mana Reading and Mana Sensing, it references Sidh "equivalents" to both spells.  Can anyone tell me where these Sidh "equivalents are?"  Without them, I don't have a working definition of the two spells in question.  I have looked up and down the spell list and couldn't find anything.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.
