That's why the "off-course" is only one angle away (not 180 degrees).
When I tried it tonight it seemed to work pretty easily.

Hrm. I seem to have no pdf. Maybe it went somewhere else. I'll have to check tomorrow. I tend to get so busy doing the travel and encounters and such that getting lost is just hardly done. Usually you point somewhere North they'll go north. Little chance of them going south after 24 hours (assuming the sun is seen). I also had some new spells and skills to help out with land location and travel.
