[PnP] Tower of the Dead

There were many things I bragged about Powers & Perils on and one of
them was the fact that you get everything you need in one box. And it
has the absolute best treasure generation system I've ever seen! I
also liked the fact that new characters already had some experience.
I forget the exact quote from Book I but it says something like "It's
reasonable to assume that the character had some experience before
becoming an adventurer".
