[PnP] Tower of the Dead Party Makeup

Thanks for the advise on the party mix. I have a rules question that
relates to this. When creating the characters I was wanting to make
the characteristics be the maximum. I thought I had read somewhere a
rule that, if this is done, the initial increase roll is adjusted
since the characteristic points aren't need anymore. Is there such an
optional rule?
