[PnP] P&P "Text"?

Hiya

   Does anyone have the 'text' version of the P&P books kicking around? 
I can go through the whole "PDF to Text" thing, but figured if someone 
had already done the conversion (or had the originals...was it Burton or 
Mathias who had those?...or am I totally misremembering the Feb. 14/'04 
version?). That would be awesome!

   I like a lot of the clean ups and changes done in that version, but 
think I'd rather have a separate "House Rules" booklet we can all refer to.

   Anyway....anyone?
