[PnP] Powers & Perils Version 2 Rule Book available for download

Dear All,

Based on the partial v2 rules that Richard left us, I have compiled a 
complete version 2 rule book. This is now available for download from 
teh site.

This incorporates known errata, rule extensions, new monsters and new 
optional rules (talents, half-breeds).

Have fun and if you notice something (typos) please let me know.
