As the rules stands P&P has three cases:
- nothing is said,
just follow the normal math rules in rounding up/down
your example is correct
- ROUND UP (RU)
think of this as a ceiling() function
any fraction is rounded up towards the next integeer.
so EL1 1/3 becomes 1
- ROUND DOWN (RD)
a floor() function
so EL1 1/3=0
EL2 2/3 becomes 0 as well
