[PnP] book3

Thanks for spotting this. I apparantly never converted 
thisbook3-chaos.rtf to pdf, so it was indeed missing. Now available on 
the site.

The PnP v2 rulebook is one large pdf that has all the creatures in. The 
2.0-pre version s(to which book3-chaos belongs) are the raw drafts from 
Richard. All formatted uniformly and entered in a big file in v2.
