<div>I have been curious for quite some time about Mr. Snider's views concerning a v2 development of the combat system. I recall reading a brief snippet in the Errata about a 'work-in-development' series of ideas dealing with matters of initiative/positioning/movement in combat. I think the Combat Table is an ingeniously designed base for handling fighting activity/maneuvers; I have worked on enhancing it over the years, trying to 'ergonomically' meld all combat activity right into it, just to see how it could work out. </div>
<div>The Version Two development to the Magic System, I felt, was a naturally necessary enhancement and consolidation of rules (both older and newer) by the hand of the very creator of the system. I am fascinated at the idea of this being done for the Combat System (well, any part of the game, for that matter).</div>
<div>Does anyone have any thoughts or news concerning this? </div>
