That would lower 20 to 15, not 4.<br><br>And, when you think about iot, it makes a certain sense. In character generation, you only have so many .5 blocks to put into stat multipliers. If you want a high Int/Em/Will for higher expertise level top outs, higher mana, and etc, you put the multipliers there, giving you lower multipliers for St and Stam, hence lower total hits.<br><br>Of course, many players will combine spell use with martial might, and might opt for lower spell potential to achieve a higher HOV and OCV from stat maximums.
