The scale may be<br>
off. A Horse for example (H) is only one
character. Clearly<br>
a horse is about 5 feet wide. So in theory it
should be HHH<br>
but its clutter :). So for sake of argument I
skim on some<br>
of the character symbols.<br>

The first map is a Structure Map. Only showing
the buildings.<br>
This is the Base map.<br>
<br>
The second is a Light Map. Showing where light
and shadow falls.<br>
This is critical for you guys in that. If you
fire from light<br>
to darkness theres problems in rolls but firing from
dark to<br>
light helps.<br>
<br>
Lastly, the Position Map shows location of
folks. At least<br>
those things seen at THIS point. <br>
<br>
Map Basics:<br>
<br>
* Scale is each column and row is 2 feet. Thus
for purposes<br>
of figuring out Ranges (Hex Ranges) use 5
characters for<br>
a single hex.<br>
<br>
For example Z'leyra is in 1x20 and fires
south to line<br>
15x20. That's 14 rows or 28 feet
(14x2). <br>
<br>
* For grid locations it should all be Row x
Column.<br>
Tus 10x20 is Row 10 and Column 20. I
hope its this way<br>
and could have mistakes though and reverse
them :)<br>
<br>
* When I made the map I didn't know the full design
yet. So<br>
at the end had to use NEGATIVE rows.
Thus you'll see like<br>
-5. Just consider these normal
rows.<br>
<br>
* Once combat starts there will only be the Position
map<br>
in the updates. If you need to
declare where light is<br>
and such you can check the website
later. <br>
<br>
