Z'leyra motions Jordi to skip her as she already is casting that spell on herself (if he casts it at better than EL2 it would still help her). She just hadn't mentioned it (except to Scott) because she did not want to be kept busy in future encounters casting Luck on everyone when she was busy with her own plans and actions.
