Chion states: "Your Majesty. As is easily evident, I
am not from these parts. I extend upon behalf of my
homeland warm regards to your Kingdom. I am in need of
travel rights to return to my homeland. In order that
I may do so easier, I ask only that I be permitted a
written travel notice to legally expadite my return
home. As I will be travelling through other Lord's
realms, I ask that it include notice to any who you
have agreement with, so that they might not hinder my
travels. Notice that I am to be treated as a free
person on my journey, whom rightly owns his
belongings. Thank you your Lordship."
