[pnpgm] Seamanship

After we set sail and Z'leyra has done what she could for any of the 
wounded
Z'leyra helps crew the ship with her very limited skill as a seaman. If 
anyone can help her learn the skill faster she would appreciate the 
instruction.

Seaman is a skill useful for any that might someday be involved in a 
combat on a moving ship, as those without the skill get a 50% penalty to 
their OCV, DCV and weapon ELs.

Just in case another disaster happens she ties ropes to a small (2-3 
gal.) cask so that it could support her if she ends up in the water. 
This is left tied to her
pack.
