[pnpgm] Ben'Dar actions update

When he hears Chion and Jordi talking, he thinks the web spell is a good 
plan and turns to Chion and nods in agreement. He will back up Tef'wo 
slightly, so that he is nearer to the tied up horses. He will more or less 
stick to his previously stated battle plan, firing his bow at the 
hippogriffs while they're in the air, attacking with the spear when they get 
close.
