[pnpgm] Chion's Actions

Chion whips out something unkown to the party. He
holds it up and directs its small round end towards
the group fighting. A small click is heard. A piece of
paper like substance comes from the front. He tears it
from the contraption and starts shaking it. After a
few seconds he gets out his quill and ink and labels
it "welcome to the plains" in Chosai.
