[pnpgm] Stop in Ba'ru?

To Caladan, Ben'Dar asks, "Any chance we will be stopping in the city of 
Ba'ru? I have never been there but have heard of it since I was a child. I 
would like to see it if time permits."
 GM question: Can we still do horsemanship training while traveling on the 
river/lake?
