Z'leyra will attack #6 and interpose herself so that neither #5 nor #6 
can strike Xian or Balrog. If #6 goes down she will attack the next 
guard.

Note that if Xian mentions to her that she should heal Balrog she will 
cast ELmax healing on Balrog instead of fighting. But since he looks 
like he will try she will protect him.

Any other desperately need healing she will help them if possible.
