Z'leyra uses a dagger to finish off the giant then gets her healing 
equipment and starts patching the injured. Those injured and patched can 
have her or any other spell caster cast healing on them after the 
healing skills are used. She will assist Ben'dar in patching his horse 
and use magical healing afterwards if Ben'dar wants.

If any are still injured after being patched and magically healed she 
will patch them again so that their morning healing chance roll will be 
improved.
