[pnpgm] deal with poison

Z'leyra responds to Unali's injury by dragging her behind cover where 
Z'leyra can try to heal Unali while the party deals with the 
attacker(s). With poison the sooner fixed the better. Removing the dart 
and letting the blood drain some of the poison Z'leyra will ready her 
brass goblet with water and swirl her bezoar around in it then force the 
resulting potion down Unali's throat. She will then do a quick patch to 
the wound if it needs it more than the fight needs her.

If she is needed in the fight after having Unali drink the potion 
Z'leyra will ready her greatsword and enter combat.
