Z'leyra will buy a square yard of leather in order to have raw material 
to make items out of. Using her knife and leather tools she will cut 
enough leather thong to make a celtic type design with a loop left over 
for a necklace. In her purified area she will cast through her staff the 
spells necessary to ensorcel the necklace with the ability to cast EL0 
Tongues at 5 x cost on the wearer once per day.  This will make an item 
that will give the wearer a decent chance to learn a language. 
Especially if cast in a purified area.

She plans to loan it out once per day to folks in the party trying to 
learn a language.
