[pnpgm] Game Update #43 - File #175 - Mission Explanation

Ben'Dar doesn't have any response or actions other than the disappointed
sigh not being able to bring Tef'wo.  Being without Tef'wo is like not bring
along any weapons.  He feels naked when not on horseback.  But there doesn't
seem to be any help for it this time.
