Kiet stops at Wills comment, and looks him over with a clearly judging eye, then says, "Ah, you tempt me greatly, newcomer, but I fear I might harm you in my zeal.  Clearly, with the Vong threat, we will need every person to be of able body, so I choose not to chance injury to you."  Then Kiet goes back to what he was doing.
