[pnpgm] Game Update #44 - File #412 - Kell chases a thief

Ben'Dar sees the stack of parchment in the youth's hands and feels the
sinking feeling inside he often feels when confronted by the red tape of
"civilization".  He brightens as he thinks of a way to cut the time of the
paperwork.  "No, I'm fine." he replies.  Turning toward the corner of the
room, he pulls down his pants and begins urinating on the wall.
