[pnpgm] Instruct in healing techniques

When Z'leyra sees the wounds she offers to use her healing skills. If 
accepted she will slowly go thru each step: cleaning, evaluating, 
medicating and bandaging telling each of those interested enough to 
stick around and watch how and why each step is done and what it does. 
Using this as an opportunity to give party members a chance to learn a 
bit of healing. If we have the time and a comfortable place (bed or 
couch in the inn) she will also give a healing massage.
