[pnpgm] Raban's IBT etc

I think I mentioned asking if anyone had the languages associated with 
the barbarian tribes Raban's role portrays
If so then he needs to see if he can learn them

also outstanding is what instrument Frema wished to learn during this 
role and what is available
Was outfits made to match the role?
If not gotten in advance, Raban would have made sure there were material 
for him to make them during the trip

Magic: Plan was to keep only the one undetectable item, if somehow Raban 
has others they should be sent back

So if there is time to do more then continue working on his bow or other 
things as before?
