[pnpgm] Raban's IBT etc

<So far no one else in the party has been able to detect it and thus no 
one knows what it is... though they should be able to guess ;)
<Raban does not mind people trying, but I do not know how it would come 
up in RP at this point... Well maybe when there is talk of sending 
things out via teleport?
