[pnpgm] Kiet and rope casting

Kiet's whole plan is to chuck ropes and entangle them coming down the stairs...if it works and they trip, awesome...they'll possibly take damage, hinder their own side, and then be easier to kill. 



Kiet's just trying to protect his follish friend
