[pnpgm] Vong Voice

As he finishes off the vong and prepares a spell.

If he is close enough to the brain to reach it with a levitate spell he
will use that  + a Insb. otherwise he will use flight to get closer.
 Assuming or course the voice doesn't give a compelling reason not to try
and find a way to attack the brain.
