           Kiet will exchange all the coin he has on him.  Especially
           the gold at that rate!  Shoulda brought my whole stash.

          [Time:  9:45am - Moneylenders]

            Arawn, Kiet and Unali now in the Moneylender shop to do
          their coin exchanges into local currency.

            Kiet is amazed at the gold exchange rate. It could be that
          the local gold mines are in a slump.  But more likely with
          the city under covert siege the Donarans do not wish to
          do major gold trading in business in general.  In Donara
          City there could be much more gold around.  But Kiet is
          not a scholar so can only speculate.

            Kiet places the Marentian Gold coin on the table which is
          from Fremea.  The clerk exchanges the coin and asks for the
          20 Brass Bits which to Kiet is very low.  Either these people
          must be idiots or they are making money in large deals or
          elsewhere.  Maybe a back room for gambling?  Fremea gives
          Arawn the 2 Copper for a fee.

            Arawn pulls out his money pouch and drops the gold coins
          in his gloved hands.  He quickly counts 37 Marentian gold
          and a few copper.  He drops them on the table and the clerk
          calculates the fee as 740 Brass Bits or 74 Copper.  Arawn
          hands over the 4 copper he has and then tells the man to
          convert the coin.  He gives Arawn 3 Donaran Silver as
          change and then exchanges the gold coins.  He then gives
          Arawn 57 Gold and 6 more silver.

            While Arawn is placing his new found wealth in various
          places, Kiet is escorted to a private room.  A burly
          guard that could easily take him out walks behind him.
          Kiet could take him with magic and some effort but it
          would not be a fast kill like Raban or Farseeker.  The
          hall bends to the left but Kiet is shown a room directly
          on the left before the hall bends.  Kiet enters the small
          almost closet like room.  There is a small table, chair,
          bright lantern in the ceiling and a small metal box that
          is empty.  There is also a journal size book of blank
          paper and some ink with 3 quills.  Kiet figures for folks
          to do some quick math.  The guard shuts the door and stands
          outside. Then Kiet goes to get his coins.  Kiet ensures there
          is no peepholes or magic devices but doesn't seem to be.

            Kiet looks at his 20 gold, 20 silver and 20 Copper from
          Marentia.  He does use the paper to figure out the fees.
          Could be as much as 10 Silver.  That's how they make
          their money for sure.  Kiet shakes his head and leaves to
          get the coins exchanged.

            The clerk does the math in his head and quickly says it
          will be 8 silver and 4 Copper.  The clerk then gives
          him the other coins.  That is 32 Donaran gold and some
          change almost 33 gold in total back.

            As Kiet is collecting his new shiny coins he sees Arawn
          entering the shop again with Raban's bag.  Arawn places
          31 gold on the table to exchange.  That gives Raban almost
          49 gold but after paying the fee of 62 Copper he leaves
          with a bit over 48 gold and change.


          [Time: 10:13am - Horse Stables]

            Z'leyra continues to talk to the various horses and
          learn details on many of the mounts.  Who has a good
          shoe and which mare likes the black stud and so on.
          She gets a few stares from other people who walk by or
          just look down the large walkway between the stalls.

          Next Update....Monday...

          GM: Man a long update due to the major amount of posts I
              had to work with. :)  So what now folks ?  I still
              have no clue what horses if any are being paid for
              and what to do in the hours before the group meets
              Niv?  Plenty to do in the city but no info to guide
              the party toward those places.

          GM: Exchanges -

              Since no one posted other exchanges I guess you will
              use Marentian coin.

          GM: Tasks for me - Reminder:
              * Niv to get info on Admiral, Ozon, Gambling halls
              * Anything else to do?
