[pnpgm] Heal Raban

[Alex Koponen]

Checking Raban with her skills Z'leyra determines that some magic effect 
is blocking his lungs. Using her Spell Chain and Staff she attempts to 
dispel the magic with a maximum EL dispel/banish. If it doesn't work she 
will cast a max EL Purification and try again. After the magic is gone 
she will help Raban to restart breathing (Ooh! He gets his kiss.) And 
patch and, if he wants, magically heal him.
