Since Z'leyra doesn't want to have party members and horses fighting 
friends she casts Balance speed spell EL2 on herself, runs to where no 
horses or party members are within 20 feet of her (but as many goblins 
as possible), casts Quarrels EL0 thru her staff, runs to a new spot with 
different goblins and no party members or horses, casts quarrels EL0 
thru her staff, et cetera.
[Too bad she didn't have her boots on.]
