[pnpgm] Attack bandits

To get there quicker Z'leyra casts (Balance Spell) EL2 Speed on her 
horse as it gallops towards the fight. Since an admiral is unlikely to 
be a young man she figures that the older man and those with him are to 
be protected and those attacking them should be subdued and captured. 
Relying upon her chainmail to protect her she will attack offensively to 
subdue.  If it takes long enough to close the distance she will also 
cast an EL2 Invulnerability spell on her horse.
