Ok. So looks like logistics are done..

* 1 Horse - no extras - So 3-4 of you will need to leave tons of gear 
or shift to a friend's horse.
* Kell - Guess no BA'ru unless you want to do so.  I outlined typical 
travel times.  As well as option.
* No advance parties - Unless you do it on your own
* Crossing river wll be very dangerous for horses.  Odds are 23 will 
not make it based on numbers and how fast river is.  This will be 
figured out later when eeded.  But core chance is high bad 
wise.  Since no western side advance group tehre is TP but that means 
whoever does it will need to reserve tons of mana.  TP has its own 
risks of failure- falling horses from high above makes a mess ot clean up.

OK unless folks wish to meet folks in Cetric's village or the west 
side of river and save your horse it will be assumed it will all be 
done as planned.  IF you diviate from this plan let me known and can 
run #s for travel time for your IBT.

Those who held IBT let me know of any changes and let me know when its final.

IBT needs
1: horse taken
2. Gear taken - just cut/paste gear and add to separate section or 
list what is taken.  I usually add a * to what is taken so i can 
figure out weight.  IF all that is fine just say all.  Keep in mind 
no new supplies for a long long time.
3. if need sheet le tme know. or ask certain questinos on skills or such.

Fremea - Buy horse or want ot fly a thousand miles?

Water - Since no wagon is coming means needng water.

The average horse will intake 5 to 10 gallons of fresh water per day. 
Just like humans different horses crave or need different water 
amount intakes. A horse deprived of feed, but supplied drinking 
water, is capable of surviving 20 to 25 days. A horse deprived of 
water may only live up to 3 or 6 days.

So I will figure 5-10 per horse and basedon type will categorize it i 
guess.  So RH1 will be less than RH4 kinda math.
But at10 per day that's 100 per day..a LOT of water..you'd think its 
liters not gallons..wow..there will be villages with wells but it 
might be days apart.

HAy - per google 10-20 lbs of hay needed if not enough grass for a 1k 
horse per day.

So 8 horses Unless Fremea gets one then 9)
8*10=80 gallons per day of water
8*15=120 lbs hay per day

There will be grass but it is winter so we can say 15 ?

Party can survive on hunting and such but will need water as well...

Party water depens on person...but 64 oz per day?  Course I think 
heros can survive on 24 oz per day.

Keep this all in mind!!!!
