[pnpgm] Food/Water

To help with my book keeping I'm working on a file
to show food/water.  I have one but this will include water since 
leave Sivas no tonws on the plains.
Villages yes but will be random.

So I will list amounts
* food  Rations fp
*  Other food (fp wise)
* Water (size for current 'water levels') ie water skin 1 quart...etc

For both people/horses.

So if you do NOT want this posted publically of yoru data then let me know.
