[pnpgm] After hearing the scream

At the scream Maelorna wakes up with a start from where she had dozed off
and looks about sleepily as she can hear the others moving about.  She
wipes the sleep from her eyes and sees Kell standing over one of the other
members of the group, though she can't place the name just yet.

She stands up and steps closer towards Kell to see if he needs help.
