[pnpgm] Kiet's actions

Kiet goes over to Raddok and hands him his dagger from a sheath on his shield.  Hilt first.  He explains to him how to activate it’s healing power and vibrations, including warnings not to stop the vibrations.  He, of course, retrieves it after use.

Kiet also decides its time to figure out where they are.  He begins casting spells beginning with Elemental Aerial Powers at maximum EL, seeking a pact with the air.  (cast more than once if necessary).  Secondly, cast Sky Knowledge (EL2) and request the sky gods tell him what country we are currently in.  Kiet suspects the Kingdom of the East.
