[pnpgm] Add to update #124 for Tsia phan

Tsia doesn't see the animals as normal, she readies herself to pay the
price the Yokai demanded of her.  She yells out in Katai, "Come for me
then, I will pay the price!" she takes a ragged breath, her shoulder still
feeling the wound even if it was healed.

Is this them testing her?  Do the Kami want her dead and fulfill the
contract?
