spell is currently at EL 10 if you need to figure
out mass/weight. And range for the spell is
currently 4,840 miles. We can work on IBT
dates/details with Scott separate from the main thread if need be:)

figure out maybe date ie teleport to Vahear Aux
20th or such. As to EL10. I figure 1EL=average
human male. So around 200 pounds. So EL10 is 1
ton. So probably 3-4 good sized horses or 10
beefy male humans. For a blind teleport you do
need exact location. Several options if not: 1)
teleport with defense – say teleport 100 feet up
hope no mountain then descend or tp down to
grounder. Use ZL's trick insub and levitate. Or
could if you can see Raddok's mind or pull that
thought out get info and use that from his brain.

uncomfortable with the concept of exchanging the
'useless jewelry' in exchange for things, it
still seems like he's cheating people. When He's
not working for Keit he will spend his time
learning about Ticasi, especially how to read the books kept in that city.

[Time: 9:21 pm – Marentian eastern village]
"Raddok, I haven't been there and my

myself that distance, let alone with anyone else. Sorry." Says Z'leyra.
Hearing Raddok speak of wedding Opus
thinks as the party sits around Kaylle's cramped kitchen in the Sivas library.
Opus upon hearing of Raddok marriage
feels the emotion to says to Kimis,
"Will you marry me?"
Kimis smiles, "Yes and I love!"
She starts to sob deeply and says, "I
am 3 month's Pregnant!!!!!....
Cheers and applause from hearing
Raddok's and now Opus's news suddenly stops as
she mentions that. The healers wonder if it is
healthy to have come from lower world to here in that condition.
Kimis reaches up to her mouth and
Kaylle says, “down the hall is a inside latrine.”
She rushes to the latrine to throw up and wash up.
Opus says, “teleport seems risky. I
wonder if you feel sick afterwards?”
Some explain its not that bad a great
distance like a thousand miles can cause some
shortness of breath and queasy but it is
light. Most teleport masters like Arawn and
Chion are so skilled it is minimal.
Raddok thanks Arawn with a big smile,
then is suddenly serious. “I thank you so much,
Arawn!” He says gripping his hand & forearm in
thanks, then releasing it. I have a map of
Ma'Helas & it shows the village of Chomas, near
where my fiancee & her family live, if that would
help – it's in my pack now. Also, you need only
transport me & the pack I'm carrying now to Chomas.
But if Gallinda wants to come with me
on my return, she'll most likely want to bring
her horse & all her traveling kit & maybe some
extra supplies. Can you transport the horse? I'm
sure you're used to bundles & such, but don't
want to overburden your magical skills.
If you come with me, you'll know the
landing spot you send me to, & that should make
it easier to return & pick us up later – if Gae
comes with me, that is.” Raddok suddenly lost a
bit of his happiness glow. Then he shook himself.
I think I (or we, if you come with
me, but you needn't do any more than you need to
for me) need about 10 days there. So maybe send
me there on Augado 16th & pick me (or Gae, me &
all her stuff along with my pack) on Augado 26th?
That will provide some training time for Gae to
learn to fit into the party with where we might
travel, & for everyone to get to know her skills
& how she might fit in - & I can brush up on my
greatsword skills, which have been sadly
neglected the last several weeks, among other things.”
“Also, what can we bring or not bring
on a teleportation? - just so we don't make it
difficult for you any more than we can help.
Thank you SO much!” And Raddok finally managed to
bring all his questions to a halt.
Raddok then notices Opus & Kimis
hugging & Kimis crying & starts to get curious,
despite his own concerns. "What's happening over there?" he asks Arawn.
"Translocations are a bit more
complicated than simply picking a spot on a map.
But once I have an idea where your homeland is
I'm sure we'll figure out a plan," Arawn said,
giving Raddok a reassuring smile before looking over the map.
Arawn beamed in response to Raddok's
excitement, listening patiently as the human near
raced through his words. The Alfar was glad he
could do something to bring him and the world a
bit more happiness, even if it remained to be
seen how difficult the journey may or may not be
as the druid had never actually been to Ma'Helas.
When the sailor finally slowed his speech Arawn
found himself directing attention to Raddok's bag.
"Well, it looks like it's not far
from Vahear. I can translocate us there and we
can either take a ship across or I can jump us
again," he said, drawing his finger along the map
from Vahear to Chomas. "Once you've arrived I'll
depart and return at the appointed time."
Handing the map back to Raddok he
added, "As for what the two of you can bring,
don't worry too much about that. I can move
nearly a dozen humanoids, about three horses, or
something equivalent with a single casting. So take what you wish."
When the sailor drew his attention to
Opus and Kimis, the Alfar turned to look at the
pair. Like the elves he was so often confused
with, he possessed keen empathic abilities,
allowing the alfar to note that it was joy behind
the tears. Waving Raddok to follow he moved to join the red-skinned warriors.
"Well, the two of you seem quite
happy and excited," he exclaimed, giving them a warm smile. "What's going on?"
Kaylle squirms a bit under all this
talk of weddings. The Scholar Faerry does not
glance over at Fremea. Fremea can see him squirm
and slightly enjoys his torment. A whirlwind of thoughts pass in her head.
As the night grows long the group are
happy. Toasts are given, memories shared about
Mounath and dreams shared. Kiet hears about the red skinned situation.
Kiet hears the request and believes
he has the solution. He will make some permanent
magic items for both of our new friends. "What
kind of jewelry would you like? I recommend a
ring or other item you will always wear. I will
enchant it to give you an illusion that provides
a different look. It won’t change your physical
size, but it will change your complexions to make them, um, less unique."
Kimis replies after looking at rings
others wear, “I'd like one of those finger things.”
Kiet nods, "It will take me about a
week to make the preparations and gather some
items I need. Until then, I recommend remaining
in hiding till I can get the items back to you."
Pyan speaks to Kiet
Kiet starts at the suggestion,
visibly shocked. The main reason isn’t because
of anything to do with Pyandalgor, but with a
realization that he (Kiet) misses having people
to talk with. And his manor is plenty large
enough to take him in. Besides, Kiet rather likes the guy.
“I would be honored, indeed, to have
you join me at my manor. There are a few things
you will need to know before you agree. There
will be several rooms that you will not be
allowed to enter. This isn’t because of you, but
because of my magic. I will be activating
considerable defenses to protect my work spaces
and my humble wealth. If you like, I can do the
same for your belongings storage.
Also...sorry to make a point of this,
but I do have two servants at the manor. They
will not be responsible to you. If you choose
(my cook Mahawn is pretty good and she tends to
spoil me) you can certainly join me for
meals. It will cost you to do so, but that will
be a negotiation between the two of you, though I
will instruct her to not make it out of line. It
should be no more than the cost of what you eat
plus a bit extra for her trouble. I believe
everyone will win. I also have Zeke watching the
house, and tending the gardens. Some of that
work is tending herbs I wish to grow for magical
research. If you are interested, we can grow stuff you would like."
"This could be lots of fun. And,
maybe we can teach each other a few things."
Kimis returns from the latrine.
After a few moment of crying and
muttered whispers between  him and Kimis, Opus
then says to group. “We plan on getting married a
private ceremony in the basement of a house we
plan to buy nothing major we will have a private
ceremony between us two and then let what happens
what happens. But I was not aware and now I'm so
happy that Kimis is with child and we plan with
our might to make this happen for better or worse.”
Kaylle waits for translatoin,
“basement? Why not Cholan's place? He could
close it down and handle it there. We've had
several parties there.” He cringes when he
recalls Unali's birthday party – attempted
assassination by Climan spies – party. He
glances at Arawn, “you are a priest. You could
ask city hall for a license to marry them?”
Opus joins Kiet and reacts to offers on rings.
Opus says to Kiet. “Thank you for
the gifts! As we wear these rings we will always
be reminded of you! My upbringing was to be
gruff and mean but I am trying to become nicer
more human. These rings will allow us to escape
the past and to be normal and proper in this
area. We are hopefully for a new life and new family.”
“Also any temporary spells to
disguise us would help us a secure a peasant home
worth 15 G which is what we have saved.”
Kaylle smiles, “Etain could help he
dabbled in real estate for Fremea. Also Z'leyra
and Kiet probably have folks they can contact as
well. On a side thing...Could I ...study you
two? Your ...race is unique here. A full
documentation of your culture would be of great scholarly interest.”
Dorhak realizes his command will
diminish greatly. But now he has a new
problem. Does he continue his crafting on land
or sail on his ship or delegate?
Opus adds, “Thanks to all your for
letting us be a part of the crew.”
Opus speaks to Fremea and others on a
good illusion style. “We will choose a look that
fits the area a disguise and once the rings are
done we will hopefully always be hidden  from our past.”
“For the private wedding we will be
registering at the 'Ye old marriage gift shop.' Har har!”

fast asleep bored from all this adult
stuff. Kaylle reminds Fremea they should get going soon to put them in bed.

do posts on new RQ site and start over. But
nooo...silly dwarves thought otherwise. But for
sure it will be in next update/post! So this

then IBT. Since it will be months in RQ will
give you and me time to do iBT stuff.
* Can't seem to download RQ6 pdf
again. So any RQ6 stuff I can't red/research.

* Don't hesitate to ask for help. We
are all both new to RQ as I have to relearn it as well!
* RQ Reminder: If you use RQ6 Family
history skip Previous Experience in RQ2. Both
are pretty much same with some differences.
* I can still help with your
character. I do not expect perfect pcs but I
will not be hard nosed on most things since this may be a one shot adventure.
* IN RQ creation its good to think
ahead. You are limited by starting silver
(L). Gear, Magic and skills cost. Mainly spells
like around 500/1000/1500 for example. So this
typically limits you to 1 spell. You should look
ahead and based on your cult and runes pick a
spell that suits you. Then note the cost. You
can learn from experience, guild/cult credit and
a couple other ways. Credit is a loan of silver
for a task and that usually means a cost to
you. Most gear is free based on Occupation info
like your culture weapons and such. But you may
want better gear/armor. Just keep this in mind.
* I had hope to start RQ with a new
update format. Make it wider and look bigger on
website. But issue is email. I could use
larger document size or html but not every email
client support it. So based on that will have to
remain at this old fashioned letter style. :<

Also...sorry to make a point of this,
but I do have two servants at the manor. They
will not be responsible to you. If you choose
(my cook Mahawn is pretty good and she tends to
spoil me) you can certainly join me for
meals. It will cost you to do so, but that will
be a negotiation between the two of you, though I
will instruct her to not make it out of line. It
should be no more than the cost of what you eat
plus a bit extra for her trouble. I believe
everyone will win. I also have Zeke watching the
house, and tending the gardens. Some of that
work is tending herbs I wish to grow for magical
research. If you are interested, we can grow stuff you would like."

close it down and handle it there. We've had
several parties there.” He cringes when he

glances at Arawn, “you are a priest. You could
ask city hall for a license to marry them?”

documentation of your culture would be of great scholarly interest.”

ahead. You are limited by starting silver
(L). Gear, Magic and skills cost. Mainly spells
like around 500/1000/1500 for example. So this
typically limits you to 1 spell. You should look
ahead and based on your cult and runes pick a
spell that suits you. Then note the cost. You
can learn from experience, guild/cult credit and
a couple other ways. Credit is a loan of silver
for a task and that usually means a cost to
you. Most gear is free based on Occupation info
like your culture weapons and such. But you may
want better gear/armor. Just keep this in mind.
* I had hope to start RQ with a new
update format. Make it wider and look bigger on
website. But issue is email. I could use
larger document size or html but not every email
client support it. So based on that will have to
remain at this old fashioned letter style. :<

out mass/weight. And range for the spell is
currently 4,840 miles. We can work on IBT
dates/details with Scott separate from the main thread if need be:)

figure out maybe date ie teleport to Vahear Aux
20th or such. As to EL10. I figure 1EL=average
human male. So around 200 pounds. So EL10 is 1
ton. So probably 3-4 good sized horses or 10
beefy male humans. For a blind teleport you do
need exact location. Several options if not: 1)
teleport with defense – say teleport 100 feet up
hope no mountain then descend or tp down to
grounder. Use ZL's trick insub and levitate. Or
could if you can see Raddok's mind or pull that
thought out get info and use that from his brain.

Hearing Raddok speak of wedding Opus
thinks as the party sits around Kaylle's cramped kitchen in the Sivas library.

am 3 month's Pregnant!!!!!....
Cheers and applause from hearing
Raddok's and now Opus's news suddenly stops as
she mentions that. The healers wonder if it is
healthy to have come from lower world to here in that condition.
Kimis reaches up to her mouth and
Kaylle says, “down the hall is a inside latrine.”
She rushes to the latrine to throw up and wash up.
Opus says, “teleport seems risky. I
wonder if you feel sick afterwards?”
Some explain its not that bad a great
distance like a thousand miles can cause some
shortness of breath and queasy but it is
light. Most teleport masters like Arawn and
Chion are so skilled it is minimal.
Raddok thanks Arawn with a big smile,
then is suddenly serious. “I thank you so much,
Arawn!” He says gripping his hand & forearm in
thanks, then releasing it. I have a map of
Ma'Helas & it shows the village of Chomas, near
where my fiancee & her family live, if that would
help – it's in my pack now. Also, you need only
transport me & the pack I'm carrying now to Chomas.
But if Gallinda wants to come with me
on my return, she'll most likely want to bring
her horse & all her traveling kit & maybe some
extra supplies. Can you transport the horse? I'm
sure you're used to bundles & such, but don't
want to overburden your magical skills.
If you come with me, you'll know the
landing spot you send me to, & that should make
it easier to return & pick us up later – if Gae
comes with me, that is.” Raddok suddenly lost a
bit of his happiness glow. Then he shook himself.
I think I (or we, if you come with
me, but you needn't do any more than you need to
for me) need about 10 days there. So maybe send
me there on Augado 16th & pick me (or Gae, me &
all her stuff along with my pack) on Augado 26th?
That will provide some training time for Gae to
learn to fit into the party with where we might
travel, & for everyone to get to know her skills
& how she might fit in - & I can brush up on my
greatsword skills, which have been sadly
neglected the last several weeks, among other things.”
“Also, what can we bring or not bring
on a teleportation? - just so we don't make it
difficult for you any more than we can help.

can either take a ship across or I can jump us
again," he said, drawing his finger along the map
from Vahear to Chomas. "Once you've arrived I'll
depart and return at the appointed time."

added, "As for what the two of you can bring,
don't worry too much about that. I can move
nearly a dozen humanoids, about three horses, or
something equivalent with a single casting. So take what you wish."
