[pnpgm] cover, return fire

Rocky awakes to hearing a cry of pain. Grabbing his arbalest and looking to
see where the arrows came from he rolls behind cover and fires a bolt at an
enemy archer. [He was sleeping in 1 pt armor/padding.]
