[PnP] Cure Potion

I would draw the line at the potential to heal at least 1 HP. It need to
successfully heal 1 HP, because a failed healing spell counts towards 1
attempt. But the potion/spell should be able to heal, not just negate a
spell effect (like negate paralysis or something.)
