Z'leyra will send the others she is levitating away towards the table at 
floor level so they shouldn't have a problem when the levitation stops 
for them. they may choose to stay together and insubstantial or to 
separate and to fight as they choose. She readies her shield (if it only 
takes one phase - otherwise not) and dodges, zig zagging a path behind 
where the archer was while becoming substantial again.
Z'leyra suspects the mist is Concealing Mist and only hides the archer 
who will be able to see thru it. But just in case she holds her breathe 
till she casts her own Concealing Mist EL2 (which should cover the same 
diameter) as soon as she becomes substantial, hoping to blind the 
archer. She hopes her magical defense is high enough to protect her is 
the mist is more dangerous. As soon as the spell is cast she will move 
sideways and start swinging her staff in broad arcs  hoping to hit the 
archer while thinking of her next spell...
